Enjoy a tour and tasting with our brand ambassador and tour guide, Tate Ulm, in our restored historic space in Peoria’s Warehouse District.
As you explore the distilling process from grain to glass, you will learn about mash bills, still technology, distillate selection, barrel aging, and more.
